Lindy Adjustable Notebook Cooler: a cheap option
The Lindy Adjustable Notebook Cooler must be the smallest laptop stand with a cooling fan we’ve ever seen. This doesn’t mean it’s not good for netbook and laptops as it supports screens with diagonal ranging from 7 to 15.4 inches. The cooling base has two adjustable parts on the left and right side which slide to accommodate a bigger laptop.

The fan of the Lindy Adjustable Notebook Cooler runs at 2300 RPM, fixed speed and is powered via one of you laptop’s USB ports. While the fan runs silent enough for our tastes, the fact that it’s not adjustable in speed and sits tool close to the bottom of the laptop means two things: you won’t be able to make it run slower if the laptop is cool enough and it can’t cool efficiently the bottom of your laptop, but just the part that sits directly over it.
Lindy Ajustable Notebook Cooler is a nice choice given it’s low price (~15 pounds) and wide compatibility range. We only wish it didn’t look that ordinary. We’ll update this post as soon as we’ll have a link to an online shop.
