Allsop Redmond Adjustable Laptop Stand review
I don’t know you but I’m a big fan of industrial design, especially when it comes to office spaces where I like to sit on a metallic frame chair at a nice glass+metal desk and look outside through a generous windows. For those kind of moments and workplaces a laptop stand that looks like an old piece of furniture it’s something you don’t want to see.
For people with the same taste as me I recommend the Allsop Redmond laptop desk stand with adjustable inclination. It’s made from aluminum and steel, consists of an U-shaped foot, a flat surface with ventilation holes and two ratchets that can be adjusted in 7 ways, thus altering screen’s inclination. It’s as simple as it gets, without sacrificing function. There is also a downside of course and that’s the raised edge that holds the laptop in place and blocks front ports (the ones on the left and right edge as the front center part is clear) at the same time. It’s like manufacturers never learn those things, because Allsop Redmond Adjustable laptop stand is not the first desk stand that has this ergonomic problem.

Nice industrial design for Allsop Redmond stand
But let’s get back to construction as I feel the need to emphasize the durable steel construction that can hold up to 20 lbs of weight with ease. That makes it suitable for LCD screen and even a full desktop computer with a light case, so you won’t have any problems with gaming notebook. Plus Allsop Redmond stand can accommodate laptops with any screen diagonal as long as weight restrictions are not surpassed.
Price is very competitive at just 30$ on Amazon, considering the adjustable inclination rate that most laptop stands are not offering.
